These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lea Woodford's Account and any related websites, platforms, software, applications, or services operated by Lea Woodford's Account (collectively, the “Services”).

• Coaching, consulting, or advisory services
• Digital products, programs, or subscriptions
Not all Services apply to all users. Your engagement is limited to the specific product or service purchased.
3. Additional Terms
Certain Services may be governed by additional terms, statements of work, order forms, or checkout disclosures (“Service Terms”). Those terms are incorporated by reference and control in the event of conflict.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services or systems.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, materials, methodologies, frameworks, and deliverables provided by Lea Woodford's Account remain our intellectual property unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
No ownership rights are transferred through your use of the Services.

7. Coaching & Consulting Services
(Applies only to coaching/advisory clients)
• Coaching and consulting services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
• No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, income, or performance.
• You acknowledge that implementation, decisions, and outcomes are solely your responsibility.
Coaching does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
8. User Content and Accounts
If you submit content or create an account, you are responsible for its accuracy and security.
You grant Lea Woodford's Account a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted content solely in connection with providing the Services.
9. Payments and Billing
• All prices and payment terms are disclosed at checkout or in applicable Service Terms.
• Payment is required in full before access or delivery unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
We reserve the right to change pricing with prospective effect.
10. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
This applies to:
• Coaching sessions or packages
• Digital products, programs, or downloads
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you reviewed all service details and accept the no-refund policy.
12. Disclaimers
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding:
• Business performance
• Revenue or income
• Leads, conversions, or growth
• Outcomes of coaching or DFY services
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lea Woodford's Account is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed $500.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lea Woodford's Account from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Scottsdale, Arizona under the rules of [ARBITRATION ORGANIZATION]. Class actions are waived.
16. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lea Woodford's Account regarding the Services.
